IDCS4: Using “Edit With”
Tired of graphics opening in the wrong application when using “Edit Original” in InDesign? Not to worry: In InDesign CS4, opening up a link in the proper application is a snap. Just click on the link you want to edit, right-click (or Ctrl-click), and choose “Open with” from the contextual menu and choose which application to launch!
This comes in handy if you want to open graphics using something like Mac OSX’s Preview app most of the time, but launch into Photoshop when you’re working with graphics from within InDesign.
